A Roman Catholic Church and School

- Price change and policy updating will go into effect January 1, 2023.
- Please understand that we are not an event center. We are a church and school who offer this as a service to our parishioners and wider community.
- Weekend events and setup times are limited in the Fall and Winter due to St. Matthias Athletics. Do not expect to come in until late afternoon on these days.
- Events must be processed at least 1 month in advance. The office staff will try our best with events within 1 month.
-Nothing against Catholic teaching or practice can take place on our property.
- An on-site supervisor will be present at your event. Renters must follow their directives. Renters are also expected to help the on-site supervisior with setup and cleanup.
- Noise must be lowered after 11:00 pm due to neighbors living close to our property. Guests must be gone by 2:00am.
- A more extensive agreement will be send when the request is approved. Failure to comply will result in future event requests being denied.
- If an event is cancelled, $150 of the payment is unrefundable.
